I am by no means an expert on photography, but over the years I’ve picked up quite a few helpful tips when it comes to technique. When I was starting out, I couldn’t find this information anywhere that was easily accessible, so I’ve put together this article on how to shoot better landscapes in hopes that it’ll help inspire those who are just getting their bearings. Think of this as a note from me now to myself a decade ago.
Soon I’ll follow this up with a sister piece all about portrait photography. Much of the discussion around photography gets lost in the technical details, so it’s always important to take a step back and look at what’s actually important.
